last doctor's appointment

Last week I went to the doctor, I was 31 wks but measuring 36 and had gained 8 lbs that month. The entire pregnancy I have measured a few wks behind how many wks I actually was. So.. my doctor sent me for a growth ultrasound to see how big the baby is. The ultrasound shows he weighs 4 lbs. 13 oz. and that his head, femur, and abdomen all are measuring large. And that if I go until my due date he will most likely weigh almost 9 lbs! The doctor I spoke with after my ultrasound said it would up to my doctor what she would want to do, but most likely I will be induced a week early. My due date as of now is Apr. 27th, but based solely on the ultrasound measurements the due date would be Apr. 4th! Carter is going to be a big boy!! Next appointment, March 10th!
